CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Standard check-in time is 15:00 hours on the arrival date. Early check-in charges are applicable as follows:
- Check-in before 0700 hours will be subject to 100% of the room rate and is subject to availability.
- Check-in between 07:00 hours – 1000hrs on the arrival date will be subject to 50% of the room rate and is subject to availability.
- Check-in between 10:00 hours – 1500hrs on the arrival date will be subject to 25% of the room rate and is subject to availability.
Standard check-out time is 12:00 hours on the departure date. Late checkout charges are applicable as follows: 
- Checkout between 12:00 hours to 14:00 hours is free of charge and subject to availability.
- Check-out between 14:00 hours – 18:00hours will be subject to 50% of the room rate and subject to availability.
- Checkout later than 18:00 hours will be subject to 100% of the room rate and is subject to availability.

MEAL: Breakfast, Lunch or dinner can be availed at Al Dana Restaurant base on 2nd floor in the hotel.

Name changes can be accepted depending on availability but the hotel reserves the right not to accept any name changes within the release periods.
